-Brownies-

Now brownies are an all time favourite of mine and yet it rankles me that I can never succeed in making them. Either they are uncooked or worse they taste like cake!

So it was truly a breakthrough today when I finally learnt how to make brownies. Hee..I can finally shut someone's mouth. I must really thank Benjamin for willing to share his recipe with me. Don't worry, I won't snatch your business cos I'll be too lazy to bake on a large scale. ;p

So everyone esp UM people, my repertoire has just expanded to include brownies.. =)
